Acting for Life - creativity development training. Based on a system of exercises and practices for developing the memory of the five senses. Leads to the awakening of the body, voice, mindfulness, emotional intelligence.
It's the basis for the training of professional actors, as well as a practical tool for everyone's self-development.
Each training is unique. The dynamics and intensity are selected in accordance with the individual capabilities and priorities of each group.
The program was developed on the basis of practical knowledge in the field of theatre, cinema, dance, yoga, psychology, philosophy and professional experience working with people of different ages. Gained skills and knowledge becomes your daily work tool.

Acting Kids 4+
The first step to understanding what acting is all about! In this fun and supportive class, children use theatre games, storytelling and role-playing to stretch their imaginations and discover the endless creativity in themselves. We also work on voice&speech, body&rhythm exercises.
Acting Juniors 7+
Through theatre/improv games and scene work, student’s imaginations and creativity can blossom to their full potential. Students create characters and learn to trust their instincts, building confidence, while making new friends, and developing independent thinking along the way.
Acting Youth 11+
Classes focus on developing and honing acting and stage presence skills while teaching life skills, enriching self-esteem, building confidence and broadening horizons. Young people will experience the power of imagination and, through a process of self-discovery and inventive play, give meaningful expression to the world around them. We´ll boost presentation&public speaking skills as well.

Acting on Camera
Acting on Camera
You´ll work in front of the camera, learn how to get rid of tremors, understand the film language and succeed in a possible casting. You´ll see the difference between theatrical and film acting, and try different techniques - from grotesque to improvisation.

The course, which is created on an interlanguage platform, will open the door for you to learn what voice means and how to use it, regardless of your native language. We will examine in detail, breathing, working with the diaphragm, the resonance of our body, screaming, whispering. We will focus on all the bodily processes you need to know during theatrical work with your voice.

Come learn the main dance trends with an experienced professional. We'll dance the basics of Hip Hop & Mega Hip Hop, Popping, House Dance, Breakdance, Vogue, Funk, Capoeira, Afro etc.
Street dance is an umbrella term used to describe dance styles that have evolved outside the dance studio, right in the streets, schoolyards, and dance clubs. Street dance includes all street dances in which the young generation is becoming increasingly popular. Dance techniques and styles that can be included in Street dance include hip hop new style, hip hop old style (classic, initial hip hop), hype, funky, part of which is the very first lockin ', then poppin' and house. All these dances are inextricably linked to specific music and lifestyle.

Ballet
Ballet for Adults
During the course, we will gradually get acquainted with the basics of classical dance: positions of legs, arms and elements of a ballet vocabulary such as demi-plié, battement tendu, arabesque. These are first tested at the bar and then transferred to space.
Ballet develops flexibility and strengthens the whole body, even those muscles you don't even know you have. It also proves music perception, graceful movement and promotes proper posture.
Ballet for children
In this course, children learn to playfully perceive their bodies, perceive and follow the music in a playful way.
Gradually they will learn the elements of classical dance. They stretch and strengthen the muscles of the whole body. Ballet develops aesthetic sensibilities, supports proper posture and, most importantly, brings joy.

Contemporary
Contemporary dance
is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. You´ll strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements, get to know dance techniques and elements, such as "floorwork movement", transitions from standing to the ground and vice versa, jumps, etc.
